Author's Rights and Obligations 

The International Journal of Informational Integrative Medicine (IJIIM) is committed to ensuring the highest levels of transparency and fairness in its dealings with authors, in accordance with the principles of open access and international best practices.

1. Copyright and License

All articles published in the IJIIM are distributed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY) license.

Under this license:

• Authors retain the copyright to their works.
• Anyone is permitted to share, distribute, modify, and use the article for any purpose, including commercial use, provided that credit is given to the original author and the journal as the source of first publication.
• Authors grant the journal the right of first publication.

This license ensures the widest possible dissemination and visibility of published works, in line with the principles of open access.

2. Authors’ Responsibilities

Authors assume full responsibility for the content of their manuscripts. The opinions expressed in the articles are solely those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect the views of the editorial board or the publisher.

3. Use of Copyrighted Material

If a manuscript contains copyrighted material (e.g., tables, figures, illustrations, excerpts from published texts), the author is required to:

1. Obtain written permission from the copyright holder to use the material, including in digital format.
2. Submit a copy of the authorization to the Editor-in-Chief at the time of submission.
3. Include the original source and the copyright notice in the manuscript.

4. Depositing in Institutional Repositories (Self-Archiving)

In accordance with the CC BY license, authors are permitted to:

• Deposit the published version (final PDF) or the accepted version of the manuscript in institutional repositories or open repositories (e.g., arXiv, PubMed Central, etc.).
• Share their work on academic social networks (e.g., ResearchGate, Academia.edu) and on their personal or institutional websites.

It is recommended to always include the complete reference to the journal publication and the article’s DOI (Digital Object Identifier).

5. Declaration of Originality

Authors must guarantee that the manuscript is original, has not been previously published, and is not currently under review by another journal.

6. Corrections and Retractions

Authors are required to promptly report any errors or inaccuracies in their already published articles to the Editor-in-Chief, in order to allow for the publication of a correction or retraction, if necessary.
