Abstract
The purpose of this article is to reveal the psychological behaviors and physiological responses resulting from the way we communicate.
Communication is a much more complex process than one might think and involves not only the brain and its cognitive abilities, together with the entire associated neurophysiological sensory network, but also all the perceptive abilities associated with our heart.
Few people are aware of the heart's magnetic capacity and that communication can be heart-based, magnetic, or cerebral, and therefore electrical. Depending on the channels used, we will have corresponding psychological behaviors and therefore a more ego-human or more spiritual approach with consequent activations also at the physiological level.
The article is based on an observational study of the behaviors of participants in the Summa Aurea® Method courses, both in Personal and Spiritual Growth and in the Medical-Health and Professional fields, in the period 2020-2024, which involved 250 people.

Key words: Ego, Spirituality, Summa Aurea® Method, Integrative Informational Medicine, Quantum Biophysics, Informational Biophysics, Psychology
